1952 Dutch G.P. 3rd place trophy won by Luigi Villoresi: inscribed “17 Augustus 1952, Prus Van 2 and Voort, Internationale Racewagens, Konikluke Nederlandsche Automobiel Club”, presented at Holland's first world championship event held at Zandvoort in which Scuderia Ferrari posted 1-2-3 wins with A. Ascari and G. Farina ahead of Villoresi, all driving Ferrari 500's, trophy is silver plated brass on a wooden base, 8.5" high, 4.5" base dia., B+ cond., (plaques missing from base, plating worn).
