Shipping information

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.


Can I ask for a shipping quote?
Yes, you can email us to ask for a shipping quote. However, if you proceed with checkout online, you will be given a shipping quote before you finalize your order. A small number of items, especially some sculptures may be extra sized or heavy and require a manual shipping quote before order.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You can track your shipment by clicking on Login above. Once logged in, you can track your orders. If you have any trouble finding this information, please email us for your tracking number. Tracking numbers are only provided for shipments that are shipped via UPS.

Can I ship to a location that is different from my billing address?
Yes. To ship to another address, enter your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is determined online and can be viewed before you complete your order. In the rare event that this information is incorrect due to an error or extremely large shipping weight, you will be contacted with the correct shipping information before your order is processed. All domestic shipping is via UPS ground. All international shipments are recommended to choose UPS as well. All shipping done via the United States Postal Service is at the buyers own risk. All shipments using UPS are fully insured.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders take 2 - 5 days for processing. If an order should take more than a week to process, you will be notified of the delay.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the unlikely event that your shipment is received damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately via email or by calling 830.864.5040. Please note your order number, name, phone number and description of the damages or discrepancy. If damaged, we will contact our shipper to have the merchandise picked up and an insurance claim started. As soon as we receive payment from the shipper, we forward all of that money on to the customer. Please do not throw out the box or any packaging material that you received, as all items are necessary for the insurance claim.
